About 75% of students of rural areas after passing their 10+2 do not get chance of getting job oriented education. The above situation arises not because these students are not qualified for professional education but due to the lack of opportunities in rural areas. To overcome this KISDRM (Kamuna Institute of Skill development & Rural Management), an initiative of Kamuna Care Foundation since 2011 has been providing basic management education or job oriented education to the youth residing in rural areas and trying to stop rural migration.
